Wānaka-based alternative rock band Powder Chutes are one of New Zealand’s fastest-rising rock exports, combining critical acclaim with explosive live momentum.

Their 2025 album debuted at #4 on the NZ Album Charts, and garnered features from Classic Rock Magazine, Rock 2000 and a 2026 Taite Music Prize Nomination. Powder Chutes are fresh off a 9-date sold-out 2026 tour, and recently supported Highly Suspect at TSB & Spark Arena, joining them on stage for 'Lydia'.
