Aaron Winning has spent over two decades moving between stages, studios, and strategy rooms in the music industry. From running indie labels and co-founding AUD’$ – Australia’s Hip Hop Connect, to working as an artist and tour manager, he’s helped shape the growth of artists across genres and continents.

By trade, Aaron is a live production director, designing and delivering shows from intimate 50-cap gigs through to festivals of 15,000+. His focus now is on connecting artists with opportunities across Australia, New Zealand, SE Asia, and Europe — helping them tour, collaborate, and build networks that last.

Aaron is looking to connect with artists and delegates who want to tour, collaborate, and expand their networks across AU/NZ, SE Asia, and Europe.
