PAUL HARRIS

Paul Harris is the co-founder of independent music company No Numbers and an A&R consultant to Warner Music across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. With more than 25 years' experience in A&R, artist development and label management across the UK and Australia, Paul began his career at B-Unique Records in London, where he signed Kaiser Chiefs, before relocating to Australia to take on a senior A&R role at Sony Music. At Sony, he oversaw the company's affiliated label partnerships, including bringing UK label Dirty Hit to Australia and New Zealand and working with artists including The 1975, Wolf Alice and Beabadoobee. He later joined Warner Music Australia as Senior Vice President of A&R, leading A&R across Australia and New Zealand. Across his career, Paul has signed and worked with artists including Gang Of Youths, Tash Sultana, Amy Shark, Thelma Plum and Budjerah, as well as New Zealand artists Balu Brigada, Harper Finn and SACHI.
