Reggie Ba-Pe

Reggie is the founder and CEO of Alias, a Google AI–backed startup building avatar-driven, customisable AI agents that speak over 150 languages, perform tasks while you sleep, and can be shared with a single link. With over 15 years shaping youth culture, entertainment, and advertising across the Asia-Pacific, he has led award-winning campaigns for brands including Adidas, Sprite, and Gucci, and served as the first hire for 88rising China leading their operations as General Manager and Creative Director for four years.

Reggie has founded ventures including creative production studio Club Media, Shanghai’s iconic Arkham nightclub, the game-themed lounge Arcade, and the event promotions company Sonically Transmitted Disease who toured artists ranging from Squarepusher to Pusha T. Today, he is focused on building AI tools that futureproof creators and creative businesses in the age of AI.
